1.)  Only one properly tagged vehicle per unit permitted to park in front of units. Additional vehicles must be parked in the elevated parking lot in front of units or brick overflow lots in front of Building # 8.

2.)  No smoking in units at any time.  No exceptions. A $150 fee can be assessed. Smoking is permitted on the balcony (see No Smoking policy).

3.)  No grilling or cooking of any kind on balconies.  Grilling is allowed on the sidewalk in front of units.  Please place grill above cement, not the grass.

4.)  Absolutely no pets allowed in units at any time, for any reason.  A $200 fee can be assessed (see Pet Policy).

5.)  Absolutely no fireworks on property.

6.)  Treat others as you wish to be treated and respect your neighbors.

7.)  Upon checkout, please take trash to dumpster, place dishes in dishwasher and pile towels in bathroom. It is not necessary to make beds. Please call (936) 856-3010 to inform of you departure and return key.

8.)  $50 charge for lost key. Units will be inventoried after departure and damaged/missing items will be charged at that time.

9.)  Fishing is allowed from the balcony.  Please do not use condo towels to clean fish.

10.) Please be advised that running the air conditioner with door open WILL lead to icing of refrigerant lines and lead to extended periods of discomfort which management will be powerless to alleviate. You will simply have to swelter until refrigerant lines melt.
