Resort Attractions is headquartered at the Seven Coves Resort/Marina on Lake Conroe, a mere 35 miles north of Houston, Texas. We also have a second location on the docks at Papas on the Lake (Highway 105 and McCaleb, behind Jack in the Box).

Condo rentals include luxurious rooms with private balcony over the lake, tons of available amenities, automatic 15% discount on watercraft rental and preferred reservations status. Condo/watercraft packages are available at the Seven Coves location. However, both Resort Attractions locations offer reasonably priced and well maintained, late model watercraft for rent and are staffed with courteous and knowledgeable personnel whose primary concern is providing you and your group with the safest and most enjoyable lake experience possible.

     Resort Attractions proudly offers Lake Conroe's largest fleet of personal watercraft to help you feed your need for speed. Any of our late model 80 hp Yamaha Waverunner XL 700's (all capable of seating up to 3 people with combined weight of 500 lbs or less) will get your attention as it powers you across the lake.

     Resort Attractions fleet of pontoon boats allow groups of up to 15 to enjoy a relaxing lake experience together. Bring coolers with food and drink, fishing poles, listen to music, swim, or just enjoy the scenery (driver available with notice)

     Or, cruise the lake in style, in one of Resort Attractions' 2006 Sea Ray 175 or 185 Sport ski boats. Up to eight people can thrill blowing across the lake as the 190 hp Mercury motor has more than enough kick to pull skiers or towables. Choose Resort Attractions' skis or 1-4 person towable (additional charge) or bring your own.
